Our Mission:
Kansas Women Leading Government is committed to elevating women to succeed in local government by developing career-building opportunities that enhance leadership skills and through networking among professional women and advocates.
About Us:
Kansas Women Leading Government (KSWLG) started in 2019 with a small but dedicated group of women wanting to expand the opportunities for women within local government across Kansas. The group continued informally until December of 2024 when the Board was formally established and the first annual meeting was held.
KSWLG is an affiliate of the International City County Managers Association (ICMA) and coordinates a variety of educational and networking events throughout the year. Please follow us on Facebook and join today!

NAVIGATE Building Solutions
Your start-to-finish owner’s advocate.
Construction and renovation projects involve many owner-directed decisions, demands for funding with limited resources, and public accountability. NAVIGATE Building Solutions partners with public-sector leaders to guide projects from the earliest planning stages through final delivery — allowing you to remain focused on governance, operations, and the bigger picture.
NAVIGATE serves as an owner's representative for public-sector facilities and projects. Since 2016, we have supported more than 500 municipal projects, including municipal operations facilities; fire, EMS, and 911 facilities; city halls and administrative buildings; law enforcement and detention facilities; parks, trails, recreational facilities; libraries; aquatic centers; animal shelters; streets and infrastructure; and community centers. In addition, NAVIGATE provides facility needs assessments, facility master planning, conceptual project estimating, and support with contract and construction issues.
